Community Code of Conduct

Welcome to All the R.A.G.E.—a space built for femmes, women, and allies who are tired of being silenced, erased, or dismissed. This is a community where real talk, raw truths, and radical care are not only welcome—they’re expected.

To keep this space empowering and safe for everyone, we ask that all participants in our online forums, events, and community spaces follow these guidelines.

1. Our Community Values

We are not here to play small. Our values are unapologetically bold and rooted in justice, safety, and growth:

• Respect:
  We value diverse lived experiences and the full spectrum of identities. Even when we disagree, we do so with curiosity and care—not cruelty.
  

• Inclusion:
  Every voice that speaks with integrity and respect is welcome here. We intentionally center women and femmes, especially those from marginalized communities.
  

• Empowerment:
  We believe in building each other up—not tearing each other down. Growth can be messy, but it should never be humiliating.
  

• Safety:
  We protect one another by keeping this space free from harm, intimidation, and exploitation—especially for those most vulnerable to systemic violence.

2. Community Expectations

By participating in any All the R.A.G.E. space, you agree to:

• Engage kindly and constructively, even during conflict.
  Debate the idea, not the person. No sarcasm-as-weapon or passive aggression.
  

• Avoid hate speech, threats, harassment, and personal attacks.
  This includes racism, transphobia, misogyny, ableism, body shaming, and all other forms of discrimination or targeted abuse.
  

• Share responsibly, especially about health, safety, and sensitive topics.
  If you’re speaking from personal experience, name it as such. Avoid spreading misinformation.
  

• Don’t spam or promote yourself without permission.
  This isn’t a marketing platform—it’s a movement. Reach out to us if you’d like to collaborate or share a project.

3. How We Enforce This Code

We take violations seriously, because community safety is non-negotiable. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may:

• Remove posts or comments that violate these guidelines
  

• Issue formal warnings
  

• Suspend or permanently ban accounts—without prior notice—in the case of serious harm, abuse, or repeated misconduct
  

This isn’t about perfection—it’s about accountability. We’d rather call you in than call you out, but we won’t hesitate to protect this space.

4. Reporting Violations

If you experience or witness behavior that goes against this Code, we encourage you to speak up. All reports are confidential and will be handled with care.
